How soon after making a sale do I get paid?
It’s important to remember that after receiving an order from a customer, you need to fulfill and ship out the order as soon as possible. The sooner the item ships, the faster you get your money.
All funds from sales are available after an initial buffer period to ensure that vendors actually ship the product and it arrives at the customer’s intended shipping address. Funds are typically deposited into your account within 7-10 business days following delivery.
Do I need to set anything up?
In order to get paid, you need to connect your Stripe account in your payment settings. Once connected, you will see a Connected badge appear on the Stripe section.
Why am I not seeing my funds?
Ensure that you added tracking to the order. If you did not create a shipping label through the Foraged platform, you need to add the generated tracking number to the order to get paid.
If it has been more than 10 business days since the product has been delivered to the customer and you still haven’t received funds for the sale, please reach out to the Foraged team for assistance by utilizing the chat bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
