What are the order statuses?

Order statuses are incredibly important to understand in order to properly assist customers with their orders and to run a successful business on Foraged. Here’s a breakdown of the current order statuses and their meanings:

  • Not Fulfilled: Orders that have not yet been fulfilled/shipped yet. When a customer purchases something from your Foraged store, this is the default status after they checkout.
  • Fulfilled: Orders that have been fulfilled but are not registered as In-Transit yet. As a reminder, please allow 24-48hrs for tracking information to update the order status to In-Transit.
  • In-Transit: Orders that are on the way to the customer via a shipping carrier service that you sent it off with. Please allow 24-48hrs for tracking information to update the order status to In-Transit.
  • Picked Up: Orders that are local pickup orders that have been physically picked up by the customer. Once the order is marked as Picked Up, the order is complete.
