Once your Shopify store is connected properly, there are several things to consider and know about how the integration works.
Shipping Types
When syncing products to Foraged, we offer two forms of shipping methods that can apply to all products being synced on Foraged:
- Free Shipping: The cost of shipping is free for all of your products on Foraged.
- Flat Rate: The cost of shipping is a set fee for all of your products on Foraged.
How Foraged Handles Shipment Updates That Occur On Shopify
Our systems receive constant updates in regards to the status of an order. However, only two events are relevant for Foraged:
- Order in transit: Upon receiving this event, we send the customer an email saying the order is on the way.
- Order delivered: Upon receiving this event, we send the customer an email saying the order was delivered. The funds for the order will then become available to withdraw.
