If I’m an existing Foraged vendor, how do I select a plan?

Choosing the right subscription plan on Foraged is straightforward. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Navigate to your Vendor Dashboard.
2. Click the Start Free Trial button located at the top right corner in the navigation bar. Or alternatively, go to Settings and click on Subscriptions to view your options. 
   
3. Enter your email into the Stripe portal.
   
   
4. You’ll then receive an email to login into the Stripe portal. From the email, press “Log in”
   
5. Once you access the Stripe Portal, select Update Your Plan. 
   
   
6. Then select the plan that fits your business needs, and ensure you select “Yearly” to apply the promocode:
   
   
7. Once you select a plan, add in promo code associated with the plan of your choice.
   • Promocodes:
     • All-Access – 85% off for annual plan: ‘LOYALTY1‘
     • Marketplace – 75% off for annual plan: ‘LOYALTY2‘
     • Local – 40% off for annual plan: ‘LOYALTY3‘
8. You will not be charged until April 1.

Billing information & grace period:

Please note, there will be a grace period for legacy vendors. This means that we will not bill you for the plan until April 1. For example, if you select a plan on March 6, 2024, we will not charge you until April 1, 2024. 

Important considerations when selecting a plan:

• Local Plan: Your products will not longer be discoverable on the marketplace. You will be unable to edit shipping settings for your current products or add shipping options for new ones. Adding your Google Ads ID for future advertising will not be possible. Editing or setting minimum/maximum quantities for your products, both existing and new, will be restricted. 
• Marketplace Plan: Opting for the Marketplace Plan maintains your current functionalities exactly as they are now, throughout the grace period. This includes all capabilities as described for the Local Plan, but your products remain discoverable on the marketplace. 
• All-Access Plan: You will have access to all functionality (of course), including POS, being visible on the mobile app map, custom page builder, and use of min/max quantities.
