What is the cancellation policy for a plan with Foraged?

Our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness while respecting the commitments made by both our vendors and our platform. If you’re considering cancelling your plan with Foraged, please be aware of the following terms:

Cancellation requests

To cancel your plan, simply submit a request via your Foraged account or contact our team directly at vendors@foraged.com. Please provide us with any feedback or reasons for your cancellation, as we’re always looking to improve our services. 

Refund policy

Due to the nature of our services and the costs incurred to maintain them, we do not offer refunds on monthly, bi-annual, or annual plans once the billing cycle has commenced.

If a plan is cancelled, subscribers have the ability to continue to use Foraged tools through the duration of their selected service term. 

Subscription adjustments

If your needs have changed, we encourage you to contact us before cancelling. We may be able to offer a more suitable plan or adjustments to your current subscription. 

Our payment processing through Stripe ensures secure handling of your subscription fees. Should you have any concerns or encounter difficulties during the cancellation process, our team is here to assist at vendors@foraged.com.
