If you contacted the vendor more than 48 hours ago, use the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen so we can help you. For qualifying orders, you’ll receive a refund for any item that doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the item description or photos.
Every Foraged vendor is an independent small food business. Shops on Foraged are run by vendors who have their own inventory and manage their own orders.
If you need to make changes to an order, the seller you purchased your order from is the best person to help you. Each seller on Foraged manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns. Read more about how to message a vendor here.
If the vendor is unable to help you, your next step is to contact Foraged Support through the chat bubble. Please include the order number you received in your confirmation email so that we can locate your order and help you as quickly as possible.
