Choose your orderIf you contacted the vendor more than 48 hours ago and they have not responded, use the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen so we can help you. For qualifying orders, you’ll receive a refund for any item that doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the item description or photos.
Every Foraged vendor is an independent small food business. Shops on Foraged are run by vendors who have their own inventory and manage their own orders.
There are two ways you can track your order:
Via your email
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt. You will receive further updates by email as soon as the seller has processed your order and shipped your order to you.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package via the delivery service they are using, which you can use to track your delivery. If you ordered from multiple sellers, you will receive different tracking numbers for each item in your order.
Via your Foraged account

Sign into Foraged.

Navigate to your name in the top right corner and click on the down arrow to the right of your name.

Select Purchases.

Here you will see the shipping status of your order(s).
- Order Placed – The seller hasn’t shipped the order yet or didn’t update the order on Foraged. You can contact the seller to check in on the order status.
- On It's Way – The seller marked the order as shipped. You can track your order if you have a tracking number. See above on how to do so.
- Complete – Your order has been delivered, according to the shipping carrier.
