If you contacted the vendor more than 48 hours ago, choose Open a ticket so Foraged can help you. For qualifying orders, you’ll receive a refund for any item that doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the item description or photos.
Every Foraged vendor is an independent small food business. Shops on Foraged are run by vendors who have their own inventory and manage their own orders.
After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt. You will receive further updates by email as soon as the seller has processed your order and shipped your order to you.
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package via the delivery service they are using, which you can use to track your delivery. If you ordered from multiple sellers, you will receive different tracking numbers for each item in your order.
