If you contacted the vendor more than 48 hours ago and they have not responded, use the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen so we can help you. For qualifying orders, you’ll receive a refund for any item that doesn’t arrive, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match the item description or photos.
Every Foraged vendor is an independent small food business. Shops on Foraged are run by vendors who have their own inventory and manage their own orders.
If you need to make changes to an order, the vendor you purchased your order from is the best person to help you out. Each vendor on Foraged manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns. Read more about how to message a vendor here.

If you checked out as a guest:
- Open your email inbox.
- Find the confirmation email you received about your order.
- Identify the vendor’s store name and message the vendor about your order from there.
The vendor wasn’t able to help me.
If the vendor is unable to help you, your next step is to contact Foraged Support Chat on the bottom right of the screen. Please include the order number you received in your confirmation email so that we can locate your order and help you as quickly as possible.
