Sometimes there are issues with orders from customers and there is nothing left to do but to refund them in partial (or full). This article will explain how to do just that.
1. To send a message to a customer who has an account with Foraged, head over to the My Orders page in the Seller Dashboard.
2. Next, click on the relevant Order Number.
3. Once you are inside of the order, scroll down to the Fulfillment section, and select Refund. You must state the reasoning for the refund request.
4. Once the modal is filled out, click Save.
