The order details page is perhaps one of the most important pages within the Vendor Dashboard. It's imperative to understand every section so that you are able to assist customer's as necessary with their orders to your store on Foraged.
1. Sign in to your Foraged.com account and go to the Orders page in the Vendor Dashboard.
2. Next, click on any row in the orders table to view the order details.
3. The top section of the Order contains the Order # which is a reference ID that is unique to that order. This section contains the customer's name and the current Order status.
4. The Summary section is an overview of what the customer purchased from your store and the amount they paid for shipping at checkout. The three dot menu in this section allows you to either edit the order or print a packing slip.
5. The Fulfillment section is where you fulfill an order to either print a shipping label or add tracking information to the order. You can read more about how to do that here.
6. The Customer overview area is where the customer's shipping address and general info appears. From here you can message the customer directly with any questions or updates.
7. The Payment area is where the transaction ID can be found and where you can refund the customer directly.
8. Finally, the Timeline section is where an overview of updates for the actual order itself can be found.
